FY Type Vertical Chemical Pump is a new type of pump based on the traditional under liquid pump with improved design. The pump eliminates the mechanical seal commonly used in other liquid pumps and selects the impeller with a unique structure, making the pump efficient and energy-saving, no leakage, long life, so that it is widely used in petroleum, chemical, pharmaceutical, papermaking, metallurgy, sewage treatment and other industries.

Its key characteristic is that the pump assembly (bowls and impellers) is submerged in the fluid being pumped, while the driver (electric motor or engine) is located above ground, connected by a long vertical shaft.

1.The pump is a vertical turbine pump, beautiful appearance, directly installed on the storage of the transported medium, no additional floor space, thus reducing infrastructure investment.
2. The mechanical seal is cancelled, which solves the trouble of frequent maintenance of other liquid pumps because of the mechanical seal is easy to wear, saves the operating cost of the pump, and improves the work efficiency.
3. The unique centrifugal double balance impeller is used to transport clean media without solid particles, which has low vibration noise and high efficiency. The open double balance impeller is used to transport the liquid with solid particles and short fibers, which runs smoothly and does not clog.
